San Francisco Has a Really Good Energy

Earlier this month, I decided that I needed a vacation. I made the choice to find somewhere to go because I had a lot of built up stress, and I was concerned that if I didn’t find a healthy way to release it, I was going to just explode one day. I am not really the type of person who normally makes a decision like this one, but I felt like under the circumstances, it was the right thing for me to do. Upon deciding to follow through with my plan, I started checking around the Internet to see if I could go somewhere without spending a ton of money. It took quite a bit of searching on my part, but after lots of looking, I found a trip I could afford to San Francisco. I booked my trip for three and a half days, and knew that it was going to be a relaxing experience.

Just like most trips that are planned at the spur of the moment, my itinerary was basically non-existent. However, I wanted to be able to do whatever I decided during my trip, so I also reserved a San Francisco car rental. Upon reserving everything, I realized that my trip would begin in just six days.

When I my plane landed at the airport and I got off of it to kick off the start of my trip, I knew that the only thing I actually had to do was picking up my San Francisco car rental. Since I made my San Francisco car rental reservation ahead of time, this was really easy to do. It turns out that set the tone for the rest of my trip, because it went smoothly and literally lifted the stress of of my shoulders.

People in San Francisco Aren’t All Bad

Recently, the media has been shedding a very negative light on the upper class population of San Francisco. The reason for this is because of a recent episode of the show Wife Swap. If you aren’t familiar with this show, it follows two families who trade mothers/wives for two weeks. Because the show always selects two families with very different backgrounds and philosophies, there is always a lot of tension and drama. However, the reason that this recent episode attracted so much attention is because when a wife from the Midwest was sent to live with a family in San Francisco for two weeks, she was absolutely verbally berated and degraded by the husband of the San Francisco family.

While he lived up to every elitist stereotype about people in San Francisco, I can say from personal experience that the majority of people there don’t act that way. I have taken trips to San Francisco on several occasions, and most of the people I have spent time with there are quite friendly and down to earth.
