It’s only been a couple of days since I got off a plane and made it back to the city where I live. The reason that I just back to my home is because I was spending time in San Francisco. As you can probably guess, I was in San Francisco because I was celebrating the New Year. You most likely didn’t know this fact, but I used to live in San Francisco for a couple of years. Because of that fact, I still have a lot of good friends who live there, and in addition to staying in touch over the phone, I always try to visit there at least once a year. Normally, I end up going to San Francisco during the summer, but it just so happened to work out this year that I was able to go there during the New Year’s holiday.

Since I have been back multiple times, there are certain things about traveling back there that I have learned. One of the things that I learned was that it’s really useful to get a rental car. Because I never know which friend I am going to be hanging out with next when I go back, it’s nice to be able to quickly get from one place to the next.
